Annie Ruttkay

Born and raised in California, Annie Ruttkay is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, with degrees in International Relations and Spanish.

She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in law school, Annie won CALI Excellence Awards for the highest scoring grades in her class in Civil Practice & Procedure II and Evidence in Practice. Annie also served as a member on the Oklahoma City Law Review and published a comment on Oklahoma's Stand Your Ground laws. During her time in law school, she was also a member of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi.

After law school, sensing a call to help others, Annie served as an Assistant Public Defender in Oklahoma County. There, she managed a felony docket involving cases ranging from DUI’s to First Degree Murder. She gained experience conducting preliminary hearings, evidentiary hearings, revocation hearings, jury trials, bench trials, and blind pleas.

After leaving the Public Defender's Office, Annie went into private practice as a criminal defense attorney and started her own law firm.

Marco Palumbo

Marco Palumbo is a graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Palumbo studied International and Comparative Law at the University of Oxford and is a graduate of Colorado State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
 
After graduation, Mr. Palumbo worked as a Public Defender in Oklahoma County in the felony trial division. As a Public Defender, Mr. Palumbo was successful in either securing a dismissal or winning a favorable verdict for his clients in almost all of his cases. During his tenure, Mr. Palumbo trained new up and coming lawyers at the Public Defender's office.
 
To date, Mr. Palumbo has represented clients in over 2,000 civil and criminal cases, ranging from personal injury to first degree murders. Mr. Palumbo’s law practice includes Oklahoma personal injury, Oklahoma criminal defense, family, domestic, agency, and business law.  In addition to managing the law firm, a substantial amount of Mr. Palumbo’s time is spent in State and Federal Court, where he is known as a very aggressive and relentless lead attorney who is highly respected by members of the legal community.
